If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to that entity.

Note: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

Nordic Dropshipping provides a platform and suite of tools to help entrepreneurs build and scale dropshipping businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Shopify store setup, configuration, and optimization guidance
• Access to vetted dropshipping supplier directories and sourcing tools
• Automation tools for order fulfillment and inventory management
• Analytics dashboards for tracking store performance and revenue
• Educational content including blog articles, guides, and tutorials
• Customer support via email and live chat

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice provided where possible.

3. User Accounts

To access most of our features, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as needed
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

• Pricing: All fees are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Failed Payments: We will retry failed payments up to 3 times over 7 days before suspending access
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions only
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Taxes: Prices exclude applicable VAT or sales tax, which will be added at checkout based on your location

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nordic Dropshipping platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of Nordic Dropshipping or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission
• Our brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written consent
• Content you create using our tools remains your property, subject to the licence below

Your Content Licence: By uploading or submitting content to our platform (e.g. profile info, store data), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and marketing platforms. These integrations are provided for convenience and are subject to the respective third parties' own terms of service and privacy policies.

• We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services
• Any transactions conducted through third-party platforms are solely between you and that provider
• We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of all third-party services you connect to
• We may earn referral commissions from some third-party recommendations, which does not affect our editorial independence

8. Disclaimers & No Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Supplier and product information is provided for reference; we do not guarantee accuracy or availability
• Results from using our tools and strategies will vary and are not guaranteed
• Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business or financial advice

Income Disclaimer: Any revenue figures or results mentioned on our platform are illustrative examples only. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordic Dropshipping and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Conduct or content of any third party on or through our services

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Continued provision of services is no longer commercially viable
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days post-termination before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

• Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt an informal resolution within 30 days
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under Danish Arbitration Institute rules
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
